I touched my girlfriend while i was asleep. Is this common and how can I stop and make things right?

Do you touch your girlfriend when she’s awake? That’s the bigger question. You love her, you are probably strongly attracted to her and that’s fine. Another question I may have is if you have problems with intimacy? For instance, is it easier for you to touch your partner when she’s asleep rather than when she is awake? Do you touch her because you like the feeling of being able to touch her sexually and she not respond. Does she know that you are touching her? Does she respond to you or is she in a dead-sleep? These are answers I would need in order to direct you further – but I can say that you are not alone. Many people (both men and women) do this, and more often than not, there are reasons behind it. Once you get to those reasons – you will be able to stop.
